Our mandate is to facilitate [ by the utilization/sowing of our talents, resources, and influences, in the soil of unity with one another ], the ability in each individual we serve to achieve full positive potential in their life by facilitating opportunities to enhance their physical, emotional and spiritual needs, with emphasis on higher education which we believe to be the key to emancipation of the mind, and hence achievement of a territory expanded life path that sows back in to the community from whence it came.
